Our Intentions

We are a startup that provides fresh and nutritious food to the Southern region of the U.S.  No pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides (synthetic OR organic) are used on our products.  This is possible because our farming system operates indoors allowing us to control for pests, as well as temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, and water and nutrient quality.  Furthermore, using specific concentrations of plant nutrients enables us to optimize plant growth and avoid fertilizer overuse.

We also want to change the way you get fresh and flavorful food.  Our indoor vertical farming technology provides year-round production and increased yields compared to conventional farming, and this presents our customers with a unique opportunity for an abundance of fresh herbs and greens all year long.  Additionally, we only deliver within a 50-mile radius of our production facilities shortening time between harvest and delivery and ensuring product freshness.

OUR FUTURE

Donate excess produce to food banks to prevent food insecurity.

Open our own local food bank offering fresh food. We believe those struggling should not have to worry about finding the means to provide a healthy, balanced meal for their family.

We hope to offer more variety to our customers because only a small fraction of the hundreds of different types of leafy greens are in supermarkets today. Our desire is to provide an opportunity for you to experience this diversity.
